To resend your gift link:
- Open the Givingli App select the profile icon
in the bottom right
- Select "Sent Gifts"
- Select your gift and tap the share icon
in the top right
- Choose your preferred method of sharing (email, link only, SMS)
Don't see your gift under Sent gifts?
If you shared your gift as a link (copied into a text or group chat instead of picking a contact), it won't appear under Sent gifts until the recipient claims it. Your gift is safe, and your money hasn't been lost.
To get the link back, send us either:
- The email you used plus your purchase date
- Your Givingli receipt
