What is Givingli Cash?
Givingli Cash is a flexible gift balance that allows recipients to choose the gift (or gifts) they want from our hundreds of merchants! Instead of receiving one pre-selected item, recipients can use Givingli Cash to redeem one or multiple gifts that fit their preferences.
Givingli Cash can only be used within Givingli and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash.
Can I split my Givingli Cash across multiple gifts?
Yes. If you redeem a gift that costs less than your available Givingli Cash balance, the remaining balance can be used toward additional gifts at any time.
Please note: once Givingli Cash is redeemed for a gift, that amount cannot be returned to your Givingli Cash balance.
Can I send (re-gift) Givingli Cash I received?
No. Givingli Cash cannot be transferred or re-gifted. It may only be used by the recipient to select gifts within the Givingli platform.
How long does it take for a gift redeemed with Givingli Cash to process?
Most gifts process immediately, but some may take up to 24 hours to complete.
If your gift is still processing after 24 hours, please contact us at help@givingli.com and our support team will assist you.
Can I send Givingli Cash to someone who uses Android?
Yes! Recipients on Android can still receive and redeem Givingli Cash. They’ll be able to select their gift(s) by clicking the link in the Givingli gift link and redeeming in the web browser.
Can I deposit Givingli Cash into my personal banking account?
No, at this time Givingli Cash is redeemable for any gifts/gift cards on the Givingli app and Givingli website.
