Givingli Pro makes it easy to schedule cards for groups in advance, perfect for one-time events like birthdays, celebrations, or team moments. Follow the steps below to schedule a card to a group.
Step-by-Step: Scheduling a Card to a Group
1. Create a Group
From the Home screen, select Contacts.
Choose the contacts you’d like to include.
Tap the person icon labeled Add to Group to create a new group or add contacts to an existing one.
2. Create Your Card
Return to the Home screen and tap Create a Card.
Choose a card design that fits the occasion.
Customize your card in the editor and add your message.
(Optional) Add a gift or contribution.
3. Select Sending Options
After customizing your card and adding a gift, tap Next.
On the sending options screen, select the group name as your recipient.
4. Schedule the Card
Select Schedule for Later.
Choose the date and time you’d like the card to be delivered.
Confirm to schedule your card.
Common Questions
I don’t see the card in my sent cards. Where can I find it?
You can view upcoming scheduled cards in My Cards or Scheduled.
Can I edit the sending date and time?
Yes. Scheduled cards can be edited or canceled before the delivery date.
Does the gift send to a phone number or email?
The delivery method depends on the contact’s information.
If a phone number is available, the card will be sent via text.
If not, it will be sent via email.
My card has been sent—can I change it?
Once a card has been delivered, it cannot be changed.
