How to Delete Your Givingli Account

If you’d like to permanently delete your Givingli account, you can do so directly in the app by following the steps below.

📱 Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open the Givingli app
2. Tap Profile (bottom right)
3. Select Settings (gear icon top right)
4. Tap Edit Info
5. Choose Delete Account
6. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm

Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for deletion.

⚠️ What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

You will lose access to:

• Your profile
• Gift history
• Saved cards
• Messages and card creations

Before deleting your account, please make sure:

• Any pending gifts have been completed
• Any remaining balances have been used or resolved
