🎁 What Is the Referral Program?
Givingli’s referral program rewards you for sharing Givingli with friends and family.
When someone uses your referral link and sends their first qualifying gift:
- They may receive a reward
- You may receive a reward too
Reward amounts and eligibility requirements may vary depending on the active promotion shown in your app.
📲 How to Refer a Friend
- Open the Givingli app
- Go to Profile
- Tap Invite Friends
- Share your personal referral link through:
- Text message
- Social apps
- Copy & paste
💸 What Rewards Can I Earn?
Reward amounts vary based on the current promotion.
The offer displayed in your app is the reward amount and promotion currently available to your account.
✅ Eligibility Requirements
Who qualifies as a new user?
A qualifying user is someone who:
- Has never created a Givingli account, or
- Has not completed a gift within the inactivity period listed in the promotion
Can I refer someone who already uses Givingli?
Only users who meet the promotion’s eligibility requirements for new or returning users will qualify for rewards.
Is there a limit to referral rewards?
Yes. Your app will display the current referral limit (for example: “Invite up to 50 friends”).

How do I know if I received a reward?
You may see:
- An in-app notification
- An updated balance under Profile → Givingli Cash / Rewards
- Rewards automatically applied at checkout (if eligible)
How quickly do rewards appear?
Rewards usually appear within a few minutes, but in some cases may take up to 24 hours.
Where can I use referral rewards?
Referral rewards can be applied to qualifying gifts that meet the minimum purchase amount shown in the promotion.
Do referral rewards expire?
Yes. Each reward includes its own expiration date.
Example:
“Valid for 90 days”
❓ Troubleshooting Missing Referral Credits
My friend used my link, but we didn’t receive rewards
This can happen if:
- Your friend did not complete a qualifying gift
- Eligibility requirements were not met
- Your friend did not use your referral link
- Minimum purchase requirements were not met
- You reached your referral limit
My friend says they used my link but didn’t see a reward
Ask them to confirm:
- They opened your referral link on the same device used during checkout
- They did not already have an active Givingli account
- Their purchase met the promotion requirements
Can support manually add rewards?
If all eligibility requirements were met and rewards were not applied correctly, our support team may be able to help.
Please provide:
- Your Givingli email address or phone number
- Your friend’s email address or phone number
- The date of the referral attempt

Where can I find my referral link?
Go to:
Profile → Invite Friends
Then tap Copy.
Does my referral link change?
In some cases, your referral code may refresh after reinstalling or updating the app.
The link shown in the Invite Friends screen is always the correct one to share.
Can I post my referral link publicly?
Yes. However, rewards are only issued for eligible qualifying users.
