In the Givingli App or on Desktop
Open the “Sent” tab in your Givingli account.
Select the card you sent.
You’ll see a status indicator that shows whether the recipient has Opened the card (viewed it).
If the card hasn’t been opened yet, it will remain in a “Sent” or “Unopened” state.
For Businesses/ Mass gifting
If you’re using Givingli Pro, you can find your dashboard by selecting the graph icon on Desktop. This will provide tracking and analytics. You can see open rates, gift redemption, and engagement metrics across multiple cards.
