Where can I check my balance?
To check your gift card balances, we recommend referring to the merchant's website directly.
My gift card says the balance is $0, but I have not spent my gift?
If your gift is showing a $0 balance on the merchant's website for balance checks, we recommend contacting the merchant's support line directly. Givingli is unable to see balances or purchases made on the gift card.
I can't remember when my I received my gift card?
If you were needing help to find out when your gift card was issued, please contact our support team help@givingli.com. Although we cannot see the balance, we will be able to see the date issued as well as the original balance it was issued with.
In the app, it allows me to change the balance by typing, what is this for?
Editing the balance in the app is a helpful tool to keep track of your spending, this will need to be manually entered after each use of your gift card.
