Do you offer refunds for subscriptions?
All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription has been processed, we’re unable to issue refunds for any unused time, accidental purchases, or changes in usage.
Why are subscriptions non-refundable?
Subscriptions provide immediate access to features and services upon activation. Because of this, we’re unable to reverse or prorate charges after the purchase is completed.
Managing your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. After cancellation, you’ll continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
