What should I do if Apple/Google denied my request for refund:
We're sorry to hear that your refund request was denied by Apple. Since mobile Givingli subscriptions are managed and billed directly through the App Store/Google Play store, Apple/Google retains full control over charges and refunds—including decisions to approve or deny refund requests.
Unfortunately, this means we are unable to process or override refunds for subscriptions purchased through Apple/Google. If your refund was denied, we recommend contacting Apple Support/Google Support again and politely requesting a reassessment. Sometimes providing additional details about your experience can help.
